why we work, together
Started in 2022 by Hannah and Steve Skelton, and based in Stockport, Greater Manchester, Question Factory is an attempt to do great work in a pro-family way, respecting the time it takes to raise kids, stay healthy and try to be good to the world around.
From our core strengths in delivery management and public service strategy, digital and innovation, we build bespoke teams for each project from a network of people that we like and respect.
This means we're a limited bandwidth business. We don't try and do everything, but what we do gets done right.
Our approach is intentionally broad and facilitative. We seek insights between professions, disciplines and sectors, and use agile techniques to ensure transparency, model change and show value early. Our business travel is always carbon neutral, and we bank free time for local charities as part of every project.
