Chris is our public service reform lead and an expert in real world improvement, transformation and service integration, in the most complex of systems. He's developing our thinking on structural, cultural and resourcing solutions to scale and sustain positive change.
His practice is always asset-based, and was honed working on the front line and as a senior executive in post-industrial communities such as Knowsley, Salford and Doncaster. Chris has re-shaped and improved delivery systems for the PM's Delivery Unit, Government of Romania and Government of Jersey, among others.
